My email domain is stuck on pending
Fix the usual causes of a sending domain that will not verify: a doubled host entry or DNS still propagating.
Pending means DNS is not matching yet.
The Email settings showing a pending domain with the warning
Before you start
Have your registrar's DNS panel open next to Kannlicit's Settings, Email tab.
1
Check the most common mistake first: the doubled domain. In your registrar's host field, enter only the host part Kannlicit shows, not the full domain again. Putting the domain into the host field twice is the classic cause.
image
Host part only. The registrar appends your domain itself.
2
Compare every record against what Kannlicit gave you: SPF, DKIM, and optionally DMARC, each added exactly.
3
Give DNS time: propagation takes minutes to a few hours.
4
Click Verify again.
5
Once green, send a test email before relying on it.
Tips and good to know
lightbulb
Until the domain verifies, sends from it are blocked and the UI warns you. Nothing silently fails.

A
mail. subdomain is the recommended setup; if you started with something else and keep fighting it, consider redoing setup on mail..Common questions
