Does Kannlicit guarantee my content is legally compliant?

Accepted Answer

No. Kannlicit provides automated assessments based on known Cannabis Act promotion patterns. A "No Obvious Concerns" result does not mean your content is legally compliant. Always consult a qualified cannabis regulatory specialist before publishing promotional content.

What counts as a generation?

Accepted Answer

Each time you generate a product description, social post, or email copy counts as 1 generation. Running a compliance check on existing text does not count against your generation limit.

Question 3

When does my generation count reset?

Accepted Answer

Your generation count resets monthly on the same date you subscribed. You can see your current usage and reset date in Settings → Billing.

Question 4

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel anytime through Settings → Billing → Manage Billing. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

Question 5

Is my data stored in Canada?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your content and organisation data is stored in Supabase Canada Central (ca-central-1). We made this a deliberate architectural decision given the regulated nature of the cannabis industry.

How do I add team members?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings → Team and use the invite button. Team seats are included based on your plan (Micro: 2, Standard: 5, Multi Site: 15, National: 30). You can assign roles of Admin or Location Manager.

Question 7

What happens when my trial ends?

Accepted Answer

After your 14-day trial or once you use your 25 trial generations, you will be prompted to upgrade to a paid plan. Your content library and account data are retained. You can upgrade at any time from Settings → Billing.
