Post across multiple locations
Understand how per-location accounts and the location selector control where your posts go.
Your selected location decides whose accounts you post with.

Connect each location's social accounts in Settings, Social Publishing (each store authorizes its own accounts).

In the top bar, select the location you are posting for.

Create and schedule the post as usual. It goes out through the selected location's connected accounts.

Check the selector before you hit schedule.

Repeat per location, switching the selector between stores.
Tips and good to know

Content, contacts, analytics, and connected social accounts are scoped per location, with an "All Locations" view available where it makes sense.

The most common multi-location mistake is posting with the wrong store selected. Make checking the selector a habit.

Location limits by plan: Micro includes 1 location, Standard 3, Multi Site 6, National 15. Extra locations are a paid add-on.
