Invite your team and choose roles
Add teammates to your Kannlicit account and give each the right role.
Manage your team from Settings.

Before you start
Check your plan's seat limit: Free Trial and Micro include 3 seats, Standard 8, Multi Site 15, and National 30.

During setup, use the "Invite your team" step, or any time later open Settings from the account menu and go to the Team tab.

Enter your teammate's email address.

Choose a role: Admin or Location Manager.

Pick the role that matches their responsibility.

Send the invite. Your teammate joins from the email they receive.

To remove a member or change roles later, return to Settings, Team.
Tips and good to know

Admins and Location Managers are the roles that approve or reject content in the Review Queue, so make sure at least one approver is set up if you plan to use approvals.

Seats are counted per plan. If you hit your limit, upgrading raises it.
