Set up content approvals
Use the per-item Submit for Review flow so chosen content waits for a manager's sign-off before publishing.
Approvals are item by item, on your terms.

Before you start
Make sure at least one teammate holds an approver role: Admin or Location Manager.
1
Set up your team in Settings, Team, assigning Admin or Location Manager to your approvers.
2
When an item should get sign-off, open the draft in your Content Library.

Approvers watch the Dashboard, which surfaces a count of items awaiting review.
Tips and good to know
lightbulb
Approvals are optional and item by item. They are not account-wide and do not apply to all content automatically; anything not submitted is not held.

Even approvers cannot approve their own submissions; someone else on the team reviews those.

Approvals suit retailers who want a human compliance sign-off on top of Kannlicit's automated checks, which remain an automated assessment only. Not a legal determination.
