Generate a social caption
Create a platform-specific, compliance-checked caption, with optional post text designed to sit on an image.
Each platform has its own character limit and risk note.

Open Create Content, then the Social Post and Caption generator.

Pick your Platform: Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X/Twitter, or Bluesky. Each shows a risk note and its own character limit.

Pick your Purpose: New Product, Deals/Featured, Brand Spotlight, Loyalty Program, Store Update, Educational, or Seasonal/Timely. The form changes to match your purpose.

The form adapts to what you are posting about.

Fill the fields for your purpose. New Product supports up to five products, each with optional THC%, Strain, and terpenes.

Set your options: Tone, Length, the Include Hashtags toggle, optional Additional Context, and the optional "rewrite my draft" field if you already have wording.

Choose your output mode: Caption only or Post + Caption (post text is the overlay wording for an image; the caption sits beneath the post).

Click Generate and review the result.

Finish with the action row: Copy (platform-aware), Regenerate, Design this post, Post to {Platform}, Report Issue, or Save to Library.

Tips and good to know

On Instagram, Facebook, and Threads, avoid pricing, THC% in the caption, "shop now" style CTAs, and cannabis hashtags. Meta's automated moderation is unpredictable, and these are common triggers.

Post to {Platform} needs that platform connected first in Settings, Social Publishing. If it is not, you will see a "Connect {platform} first" message.

"Post text" and "caption" are different things: post text is designed to sit on the image, the caption goes beneath the post.
