Schedule your first social post
Take a finished caption and post it now or schedule it for later, straight from the generator.
Two choices: now, or a date and time you pick.

Before you start
Connect the platform you want to post to in Settings, Social Publishing first.

Generate your caption in the Social Post and Caption generator.

Click Post to {Platform} in the action row.

Choose Post Now or Schedule.

If scheduling, pick the date and time.

Queue your week in one sitting.

Confirm. Your post is queued.

Find it on the Content Calendar, where scheduled and posted items appear.
Tips and good to know

Keep the Meta cautions in mind for Instagram and Facebook: no pricing, no THC%, no sale-style CTAs, no cannabis hashtags.

Post Now and Schedule both queue through the same flow; the only difference is timing.
