Open Marketing, then Email Builder.

Build your email from blocks: heading, text, image, button, divider, spacer, two-column and three-column layouts, logo, social links, video, nav links, and footer.

Run the content through the compliance checker before you rely on it (an email-builder compliance check uses one generation).
