Fix flagged phrases one at a time with Apply Suggestion (free), or clean the whole piece at once with Auto-fix.
One click swaps the flagged phrase for the rewrite.

Before you start
Run a check in the Compliance Checker so you have flagged phrases to work with.

Review a flagged-phrase card and read its Suggested Rewrite.

Click Apply Suggestion to swap the flagged phrase for the rewrite in place. Applying is free, and so is the automatic re-check that runs right after.

Repeat for each card you want to fix individually.

Or click Auto-fix all concerns to fix everything at once. Auto-fix uses one generation and returns a cleaned version side by side with your original.

Compare before you accept the cleaned version.

If you edit wording yourself, click Check for Concerns to re-check. A manual re-check is a new run, so it uses one generation.

When the result is clean, Save to Library.
Tips and good to know

The cost logic in one line: the AI working (checking, auto-fixing) uses a generation; accepting what it already gave you (Apply Suggestion plus its automatic re-check) is free.

Some flags will not offer a rewrite and instead say "manual rewrite recommended" or "requires your judgment." Auto-fix cannot resolve those for you.
